RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help! Below are the guidelines for returns:
RETURNS
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (e.g., order number or email confirmation).
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Underwear and swimwear
- Final sale items
- Gift cards and items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
SALE ITEMS
Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please review sale items carefully before purchase.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGE ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll gladly offer a full refund or exchange after evaluating the issue.
RETURN SHIPPING FEE
To initiate a return, please contact us at anvaallc@gmail.com for return instructions. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We charge a flat rate of $5 for return shipping, which will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and provide instructions on how to return your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the item you have and place a separate order for the new item. This ensures you get the product you want as quickly as possible.
EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
