At Anva, we want to make sure your items arrive quickly and safely. Below are the details about our shipping policies.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES
We offer reliable shipping within the United States and internationally, with various shipping options depending on your location.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (USA)
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days (calculated at checkout).
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (additional charges apply).
- Free Shipping: On orders over $100.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- We currently ship to selected countries. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on the country of destination.
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be applied upon arrival.
PROCESSING TIME
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Handling Time: Once your order is processed, it will be handed over to our carrier for delivery. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
ORDER TRACKING
After your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
- We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).
- We only ship to addresses within the United States and selected international locations.
SHIPPING ISSUES & DELAYS
While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. Shipping delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather, carrier delays, or other factors.

ADDRESS CHANGES & SHIPPING ERRORS
Once your order has been processed and shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address. Please make sure the shipping address is correct before completing your order. If you notice any mistakes or need to update the shipping address before shipment, please contact us immediately at anvaallc@gmail.com
DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the shipping notification.
